How are duties and taxes handled?
For orders being shipped to the UK, the EU and Switzerland – all duties and taxes have been included in the final price so you won’t have to pay for anything separately on delivery. For the US and rest of the world, some taxes and duties might be charged by the delivery company
When will my order arrive?
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 5 working days. Most of items are made to order and will take between 2 and 3 weeks to be shipped. Fully bespoke pieces can take up to 5 weeks to ship. If the delays are too long, contact us at hello@tulathi and we’ll do our best to accelerate things!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new jewellery. If for any reason you wish to return an item, UK, EU and Switzerland customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to send it back. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, returned in its original packaging, and in immaculate condition. Not all pieces are eligible for return or refund; please check the product page for each item, as it will specify whether it can be returned. Some of our pieces are made to order and, as a result, cannot be returned. Please note that the cost of shipping both ways will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, this return policy does not apply to rings, customised, or bespoke pieces, as all orders for these items are considered final and cannot be returned.
What about returns from the United States (US)?
For returns from the United States (US), customers are responsible for covering shipping fees, import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These costs will be deducted from the price of the returned items in the event of a refund.
How to initiate a return and refund process?

Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and provide you with a return label within a couple of hours. After we've received and processed your return, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
